When installing a new toner cartridge in any of the following printers: HL-L8260CDN, HL-L8360CDW, MFC-L8690CDW, MFC-L8900CDW and it isn't recognized by the printer please follow the steps provided below to reset Individual toner cartridges.
1. Open the front cover.
2. Press the [Back] key and [Stop] key at the same time, then press the [Back] key again within 2 seconds.
3. Press the key of the toner cartridge for which the counter is to be reset.
K = Black
C = Cyan
M = Magenta
Y = Yellow
4. Press the [Yes] key.
5. Close the front cover and it should now have been reset correctly.
